Return Portal

Store credit only. INELIGIBLE for return/store credit: rompers, white/ivory/creme items, sale/clearance items, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, sets that include undergarments, sets with face masks, any footwear, and jewelry. We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Eligible returns must be dropped off at the post office no later than on the 7th day. We kindly emphasize that all items remain in original sell-able condition. This includes unworn, no odors, stains, alterations, pet hair or visible damage. Please take a careful look at your items before returning. If the return is sent back past the 7-day return policy, ineligible, or not in sellable condition, the return will be sent back to you and no store credit will be issued. Shipping cost must be covered by the customer. We do not issue refunds for Route Package Protection. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address associated with your order.
